Beautifully appointed hotel that has brilliantly helpful staff at reception desk. The rooms here are beautifully presented and brand-new with a nice view. The location is comfortable, next to a port. The venue is close to the very nice area and it's next to restaurants and bars. The rooftop restaurant is modern for non-seafood dishes. The best place to stay when in Fiumicino.

Exceptionally clean place & very efficient staff at reception desk. The superior queen room with balcony overlooking the channel, great AC, as example. Magnificent and ideal location in Fiumicino, short walk to the Rome airport which is about 10 minutes from the property, the harbor and the fishing boats and tourist area.

We didn't have time, but the continental breakfast looked large. The personal was pleasant. The location was marvellous and particularly good in a really cool area, close to all the restaurants and airport, roof bar, restaurant or bar and the water/ port.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the twin room itself was neat and silent. The staff were all pleasant, excellent service. Incredible very central location next to the Fuimicino airport, gelateria for an Italian food fix, and good restaurants in Fiumicino.

When I am in Fiumicino, I like staying here. It's big hip new hotel, everything is impressive here. It has VERY FRIENDLY staff at reception desk and magnificent location, that could not be beaten.

Comfortable modern units with a beautiful view, king size bed, as for instance, well-mannered employees. Magnificent and beautiful location for Fiumicino, really close to many shops and restaurants, " fresh fish " restaurants, and the waterfront overlooking the fishing docks.

Comfortable place for short stay, has great view of the sea and sky and a sleepy fishing village. The building is nice, the room is tidy. The best thing is location - right by many restaurants and sites, bars, the train station. A 5-minute walk will take you to Mec Fisch, where you can eat. At the rooftop bar they serve outstanding food and drinks.

It was surely a nice stay of service and costs. Loved this brand-new hotel, beautiful location and contemporary rooms. The staff were accommodating and courteous in case of questions. My room included central heating, a private safe and flat-screen TV.
